About

WHY CHOOSE BROADWAY BOUND

Broadway Bound was established in 1994 to bring excellence in dance instruction and performance to her hometown of New Albany, Ohio. Our dream was to help young people realize their potential by celebrating the joy of life through dance.  “We believe dance at BBDC helps individuals learn life lessons–whether they ever dance again or not. It’s what people do with what they learn that matters,” they say. Learning discipline and hard work is just part of what we do but the most memorable part is when goals are met and friendships are made that last a lifetime. Not everyone’s goal is to pursue a career in dance when they walk through the doors of BBDC. The lessons our dancers learn about themselves are monumental to what they pursue in life. We have something for everyone here…from toddler age to a senior in high school…we are the most positive dance experience your child will find in this area.

Enriching our families through the arts has not only inspired our dancers but inspires us as educators to provide the very best in dance instruction we can. We are passionate here about what we do and we feel that our dancers celebrate that same philosophy. Many think of BBDC as their “second home” and we love that about our students and parents. Broadway Bound has had thousands of students dance through our doors in the past 30 years and we are so proud of the young adults they have all become. Many still come back to visit and now bring their children here for dance instruction, which is the best compliment a former dancer can give us. We all want the best for our children and our former students appreciated their training enough to bring their sons and daughters…starting a new generation of BBDC students.

Dancing with us is more than a recital performance or a costume…it’s an experience. If your child loves to dance, they will love it here at BBDC.
