Text Box: Instructor Fees: This fee pays for an hour class of your choice and is paid directly to the instructor(s) the day of the party. The type of party you wish to have must be stated on the request form so that we can assign the best possible instructor for your party.  Specific instructors can be requested, but we do not guarantee your request. 1-12 attendees taking class - $50.00 (1 instructor needed) 13-20 attendees taking class - $75.00 (2 instructors needed) 21 or more attendees taking class - $100 (2-3 instructors needed)  

 

 

 


 

 

Text Box: PARTY POLICIES Parties must be booked at least 3 weeks prior to your requested date The studio will be unlocked 30 minutes prior to your party start time and will be locked 30 minutes after its completion Please leave the classroom as you found it.  This includes picking up trash and cleaning any surfaces that may have spilled food or drink on them. You can decorate any way you'd like with streamers, balloons, cut-outs, etc...however, the use of piņatas is discouraged unless excessive clean-up can be done afterwards. Damage to BBDC, equipment or other studio property will be charged to the individual who assures responsibility for the Centre use by signing the reservation form. No food or drink is permitted in the classrooms.  The homework room located off of our pre-dance hallway is designated for the eating portion of your event. Any cancellation made within 7 days of the event - No Charge Any cancellation made within 72 hours of the event - $50 Charge Any cancellation made within 24 hours of event - Full cost of reservation
